Happy Saturday morning to all, I'm happy to be going Thame swimming pool for the first time in a long while. Swimming a such a great exercise as as it keeps your heart rate up but take some of the impact stress off the body. It builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness and personally I find it very relaxing. It's great to be getting back to our sports and recreation activity don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like a maintenance massage or you have an annoying injury or ni**le.

Good morning to all. I am happy to say due to a relaxation in the government covid 19 restrictions I am fully open now for all clients. I offer a full sports therapy rehabilitation service, deep therapeutic aromatherapy massage and specialised pregnancy massage. Appointments are available in Wheatley, both daytime and selected evenings at 6 and 7:30. I am a sports therapy graduate from Bath university with over 25 years of experience in massage therapy.
