Yogabuds Cornwall will be holding kids yoga, mindfulness and creative sessions in the hall next to McDonalds Farm on Wednesdays at 4.45-5.45, starting on Wednesday 9th September for 6 weeks until Wednesday 14th October.
For children aged 4-8.
£10.00 a session or block booking available!
If you are interested please send me a DM on here and I can sign your child up and add you to our WhatsApp group.

I am running a lovely yoga workshop in collaboration with the amazing Melancoose Spa over by Colan Woods!
4-8 years olds enjoy a 2 hr yoga session filled with story, mindfulness and creativity, while a parent/carer has 2 hours in the woodland spa ☀️ hit the link to book your place! 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🌞🪄

Yogabuds Cornwall are running children’s yoga classes again this upcoming half term.
Younger age group (age 4-7 reception-year 2)
4.00-5.00 pm at The Parish Hall next to MacDonald’s Farm, get in touch if you would like a space for your child 🌞

Starting Thursday 4th and running for 6 weeks until October 9th - £50.00 for a 6 week course.

There will be a second class for 7-11 year olds, same venue but every other week - dates are Thursday 11th, 25th (Sept) and 9th (Oct)
£25.00 for the 3 sessions.

Any questions please do get in touch.
Sessions run by a qualified primary school teacher, trauma informed, paediatric first aid trained, safeguarding certified and DBS checked.

Nature inspired, creative and mindful sessions with sprinkles of energy and loads of fun!
