They don’t have a fu***ng clue so their answer to everything is just ach itll be fine just pump more steroids or sarms into it
Rather that admitting they dont actually know what they are talking about they are happy to f**k your body up instead. All to save their previous wee fragile egos.
Programming not working. Just start blasting tren.
Diet not working. Just pop more clen maybe at some T4 as well just for good measure.
Ow, you're injured. Here is some human growth hormone. Ow also you owe me 300 quid for it.
They just don’t care about you and your well being. Rather than tackling the problem they fix it in the only way they know how.
Probably because that's how they do it.
They aren't good coaches. They are bell ends.

Luke decided I wasn’t enough of a coach for him.
For about a month or two and then he came back.
Ryan wanted to make him ring the shame bell but I was feeling magnanimous and I was like “Nah its cool, we will just never let him live it down.”
He left me for another coach 😱
And that happens its totally fine but he came back.
I wondered why? So I asked him?
His reply, “I realised for about 3 weeks I had maybe made a bit of a mistake. I wasn't getting the level of support I was getting with you. I actually felt you gave a s**t about me. And i did’t get my first programme for like two weeks after I started paying him. And you know the worst part. It looked like a cookie cutter programme.”
I am sure he was just buttering me up.
But he had a point in this.
I give a f**k about my clients, i really do.
I will bend over backwards to help them out.
I will take an interest in them and not just their training. I am there when they are struggling as well as when they are succeeding.
I will help them through the tough times even if it’s just an ear to listen to them to let them call their work colleagues c***s, (Not Luke, another client 😂)
That's why Luke, Stuart, Georgie and Craig all came back to work with him.
So if you need a coach who will care about you. One who won’t drop you like a gym bros leg day. All you need to do is reach out.

Wee uodate on the hobby front
We wrapped up the space wolf project and moved onto
Project Gearheads 🤣
There is a point to this.
Hobbies and things to you occupy your time are a must for a your progress.
They help me when i am struggling with temptations because it occupies my mind.
I get totally absorbed in the process and when you're struggling thats key.
You can also benefit from this. Find something to occupy the free time.
It will help with whatever your goal it.
Fat loss jabs
My thoughts.
Today I was asked by a client what my thoughts on them are.
And if truth be told I am in a bit of a mixed bag.
I personally wouldn't use them because I feel right now there isn't enough data out there.
However, if people want to use it they should.
If it will help them and they understand the risks they can. Is it really any different from people who use steroids and PEDs.
I like watching gear head coaches moan about it while blasting T4 and T5 which f**ks up their thyroid.
There are things you must do
One of which is treat it as a tool not the fix.
And the second is build a happier healthier relationship with food so all your progress isnt undone.
That's my thoughts.
Enjoy.
Get there on your accomplishments or not at all.
This really gets my goat.
Why?
Because it cheats someone out of a slot they rightly earned and deserved.
All because their coach knows a guy.
They haven't earned the space.
They have stolen the space.
Its a c**t move for sure.
Probably why all my clients hate me cause I don't know anyone 🤣🤣
But in all seriousness.
Go somewhere because you have earned it.
Not cause you got slipped in by a c**ty coach.

If i was to wake up 14 years ago and could relive my strongman life what would I do instead?
Probably first would be jumping out my bed like the spring chicken I was back in the day 🤣
But there are a few things I would really want to do better.
Ask questions. Ignorance is not bliss and what you don't know will cause you to lose points.
More warm ups. I could get away with it when I was younger but I know I should have done more.
More toilet paper. Ever been in a gym thats ran out of paper. I have it wasn't fun but I was thankful for my emergency toilet rolls.
Learning is life. You are there to learn things. Winning is good but learning is better.
Have fun. See if you aren't enjoying it thats a problem. You are there to have fun. Its suppose to be fun.

Hobbies.
Brilliant things.
Something you can properly sink your teeth into and help you achieve your goals.
But we always seem to f**k them off eventually.
Its usually when we spend less time as ourselves.
I think they are a must because I would not have achieved half my weight loss without my hobbies.
They helped me relax when I was stressed.
Kept me occupied when I was hungry.
Let me be proud of finishing something.
Dozens of other things on top but the important thing is it was a focus around me.
A couple of hours in the evening everyday I can made a world of difference to my mental health and goals.
I always suggest to my clients to find a new hobby.
Its all about putting you first.
Like you should be in your own life.
We need to stop putting ourselves second in our own lives.
Its men's mental health month and you'll hear a lot about talking to people.
I would 100% advocate for this. I have done it and honestly its made suck a difference in my life.
But the other thing that will help you is prioritising yourself.
We give so much of our lives to other things like work we forget to take care of yourselves.
Instead we need to focus on us.
Your healthy, your hobbies, your happiness.
Don't lose yourself.
Make yourself a priority.
