Lots of clients reach out because they want to transform their bodies- to lose weight, tone up, build muscle etc.

So you already know I'm into fitness- it's my career, and my lifestyle, and I love it. But it's not alllll gym floors and weight racks. 

 To prove it, here are 5 random things that you might not know about me:

1. Have a massive sweet tooth🍫🎂🦷 with limited self control… 🎮

Show me something sweet (especially with chocolate) and I am all over it 😋 will likely eat it all myself and deal with the suger overload after😅🤢

2. Water/Swimming🏊‍♂️. I am not a strong swimmer at all and do not enjoy being in the water at all😔. Ironic given I really enjoy outdoor activities that can involve water but will do everything I can to avoid this normally!

3. Pizza!!🍕🍕🍕 If you asked me what my favourite food is it would have to be pizza, but no pineapple🍍 near it please!

4. Footballer ⚽️would be the obvious answer, but I wanted to be an astronaut🚀👨‍🚀

Something about going into space was extremely appealing to me as a kid! Might still happen one day who knows👀

5. So I adore football⚽️ and some other sports that involve running 🏃‍♂️around a lot, but ask me to run and I mentally zone out! 😵

Something I am trying to work on🙏, but I have the utmost respect for the runners of the world❤️, I genuinely do not know how you do it! That mental clarity has never hit me when running, I just can’t wait for it to be over😅

Told you it's not all about the gym! But anyway, time to hit the gym...

I love STAYING ACTIVE 🚴‍♂️🏋‍♀️and trying to maintain a good level of fitness is really important to me but I became fed up in my previous job.

I felt constantly worked into the ground, never seeing what I did make a meaningful difference for people which dragged me down as a result! Anyone else relate?🤔

So a change was needed!🔥

run around with my kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

sign up to that competition I always thought I couldn't 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
