Tonight the Adults practised Primary Survey, Recovery position, CPR and what to do if someone is choking. Knowing the basics is so important to help save a life.

We meet every Tuesday evening to learn and practise First Aid - if you would like to join us please get in touch.

Our Cadets have been busy tonight making a timeline of the history of St John. Lots of interesting stuff coming up with our 'explore St John' course.
