There is big news for Pipedream Cycles today. We are now coming under new ownership. We know that many people are unhappy with the company, and we understand why. There has been continued issues with delays and communication for a long time now.

We will be keeping the things that work and changing the areas that don’t. Over the coming days and weeks, we are going to be putting new systems in place and will be reaching out to customers who have been waiting on updates.

We will be honouring all refunds owed to consumers and will be working closely with our suppliers to improve the transparency of production cycles. In short, we will be doing everything in our power to make Pipedream Cycles the company it always should have been.

To the customers awaiting Sirius Ti frames, they have arrived in the country and cleared customs, they are due to be with us on Monday and will be shipped to you as soon as they can be inspected.

There are 15 CrMo Sirius frames in British Racing Green ready to ship that will be with us soon as well as MX3 and Alice frames in production, which we expect to be here in August. There are still some TFM frames currently in the country as well as a number longish CrMo S6 frames. These are all ready to ship immediately.

Summer has officially switched ON, and there’s no better way to lean into those long, warm days than by rolling into the season with a new frame 🤟
