The planning our 50th Kenmore Highland Games is well under way 👏👏

The perfect way to officially open our Highland Games! LOVE the sound of the pipe band, brings us goosebumps every time!!

The Vale of Atholl Pipe Band, led by Pipe Major Irralee McNabb, march round the Games field playing "Scotland the Brave" and "The Rowan Tree". This was during the opening of the 2024 Kenmore Highland Games, held by Loch Tay in beautiful Perthshire, Scotland. Kenmore Highland Games is one of the very few evening Highland Games in Scotland, held at Kenmore by Loch Tay in Perthshire, Scotland on the first Wednesday in July each year. Games set up has begun!! The park is looking great, the dancers cover looks awesome, it’s going to be a good one!! The rain came in just at the end of set up to give the place a nice wee clean before Wednesday, how very thoughtful 😆.

Last years dancing! We are looking forward to another amazing year of dancers, we are very lucky to have so many talented dancers dance for us!

A local Perthshire competitor taking part in the Flora MacDonald's Fancy, highland dance competition, held during the 2024 Kenmore Highland Games. These friendly Games are held by Loch Tay at Kenmore in Perthshire, Scotland, one of the few evening Highland Games in Scotland. Flora MacDonald helped Bonnie Prince Charlie escape to the Isle of Skye on his way to France in 1746, after his defeat at the Battle of Culloden.
