Scone Thistle Over 35’s 0 v 1 Bridge of Earn Over 35’s
Last night the boys travelled through to Scone for our third fixture in the mini Perthshire Summer League.
Steven McDonald scored the goal to win the game late on. Game was fairly even, with Brig missing plenty of guilt edge chances prior to finding the net.
The win puts us back in contention in the league. Craigie find themselves on top after 3 draws, due to the bonus point win x3 in penalty shootouts.
Falkland next for the lads!!

This is our second league match in the Perth Mini League against Craigie this evening. Having lost our opening match to Scone, this is an opportunity to get back in the mix for some silverware. It's never easy against a strong Craigie squad and tonight will be no different.

The lads took part in the annual 7's tournament yesterday at Victory Park. Organised by the Brig Legend Phil Zieba!
3 wins and a draw from our group and a penalty shoot out win against the Brig Legends team seen us into the final against Scone Thistle Over 35’s. Unfortunately, the lads came up short, losing 2-1.
Well done to Scone and a huge well done to all the teams who contributed to a great day!

🏆 PERTHSHIRE MINI LEAGUE 🏆
We begin our Perthshire Mini League tonight against Scone Thistle. This is a 4 team league with Craigie over 35s FC Football and Falkland also taking part.
Up until now, the boys have only played "friendlies", so will be good to be playing for 3 points and the chance for some silverware at the end of the campaign.
Craigie also playing Falkland tonight.
