A couple of weeks ago, I achieved a lifelong dream.
I remember when I left my tech job in 2018, people asked me why I was leaving.
I had the CFO, marketing director, and sales manager all in the room with me, and I responded โI want to become a bodybuilderโ.
Donโt say this by the way if youโre leaving a job, even if you believe it. People looked at me like I was mad ๐.
But 7 years laterโฆ Iโm a man of my word.
I started lifting when I was 17, and Iโm sure a lot of guys can relate with my motivations - I didnโt like being skinny, I saw these fitness models and wanted to look like them, and going to the gym made me feel good.
13 years, consistently lifting, hitting my protein, late nights, early mornings in the gym - all the basic stuff youโre supposed to do.
And here I finally became one of the guys that 17 year old me looked up to.
This one was all about fulfilling a kids dream,

Wow, wow, wow, just looking at these pictures side by side makes me feel insanely proud!

From 120kg, underactive thyroid, struggling to lose weight, lacking motivation, not knowing what to do in the gym or what to eat, self conscious about her bodyโฆ
To what you see now.
There could have been a million excuses for why Cassy couldnโt do this, but she did the most important thing - take action and commit.
I hope everyone takes inspiration from this, if you believe you can change and you commit to a process - you will.
Nobody is stuck in a body they donโt like and Cassy has proven time and time again that change is possible.
Every goal is achievable with the right plan ๐

Words can barely do this transformation from justice โ but Iโll try my best.
From 177kg โก๏ธ 83kg.
Jonathan has lost more fat than I currently weigh IN TOTAL.
Let that sink in.
Over the past two and a half years, heโs completely rebuilt himself โ putting in relentless work in the gym, learning nutrition, and applying everything Iโve taught him with 100% commitment.
And the result? Not just the best transformation Iโve seen on my coaching - but maybe the best Iโve seen full stop.
And not just in body, but in confidence, energy, and purpose.
The way he carries himself, from the day I first met him, to now is night and day.
Heโs already done his first Hyrox in Jan, and with another one lined up for December, Jonoโs always up for a challenge.
Also, in a world of weight loss jabs, I think itโs important to stress that this was done completely naturally.
No shortcuts.
No gimmicks.
Just pure hard work, consistency, and discipline.
Jonathan is living proof that when you commit fully to the process, thereโs no limit to what you can achieve.

From beer belly to lean machine! ๐ปโก๏ธ๐ช all the way from China is absolutely killing it as we wrap up his cut phase, and the results speak for themselves.
This transformation is awesome to see side by side with the same lighting, no camera tricks, and completely unflexed.
Iโve focussed on sculpting his chest and shoulders while shedding that stubborn belly fat, and itโs safe to say itโs worked.
But itโs not just about the looksโBillโs confidence is through the roof, and his health markers have never looked better! ๐
Now itโs time to pack on some serious muscle in the bulking phase ๐ช

An honour to meet today fitness mentoring
Itโs quite surreal to think just 3 years ago I was looking for direction in a job I disliked, to now shaking hands with the potential future prime minister, and public speaking to a room of nearly 100 people about fitness and entrepreneurship.
If thereโs 2 things Iโve learnt, itโs to not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone (public speaking still makes me nervous!) and to learn from those who have achieved what you want to achieve.
Thank you as always to for organising these events and allowing me to share my knowledge on fitness with entrepreneurs across the country.
