New group sessions coming in August!

Building confidence, technique and control along with many more core skills!

Sessions are filling up fast!

Sunday 16th we already have major interest, last spaces available, able to accommodate another 4-6 children!

Current age range for this session ages 5-10!

We are also welcoming a top quality Uefa C licenced coach to drop in to help with the first 3 sessions! Ross Nuttall has worked with many different age groups and will give another insight and perspective on key skills across the sessions!

East Durham FC U8s vs Hartlepool Youth Blues

Excellent game between two good sides!

This was our biggest test to date against a really good technical side who played some great football! We had to be at our best to match them throughout!

We found ourselves on the back foot early on due to getting caught out on the counter! But we dug in deep and showed we can match it with the best!

We had some good moments in the game, good spells of control and passing which showed the best of us! 3 good team goals from high pressure and making good passing decisions which led to some wonderful goals!

The goals were the bonus but the build up play was the most pleasing and the lads should all take credit for contributing to the simple but effective play to create the goal scoring opportunities!

As the game went on we started to find better shape and rhythm from playing out from the back with some great foward balls from Ralph, Alex and Spencer along with some good foward play from Roman, Fletcher and Jax!
Shout out to Luca who came to play alongside the East Durham lads for the first time and put in a good performance!

Lots of positives to take but also lots to build upon!

East Durham Presentation Day 💙🏆

What a fantastic day celebrating an amazing group of young footballers!

This season has been full of hard work, determination and brilliant memories. Every single player has developed, grown in confidence and shown what a great group we are building together!

To all our East Durham boys, you have shown commitment, hard work and incredible team spirit throughout the season. You have represented the club with pride, shown great character, and continued to improve every step of the way. We couldn't be prouder of what you've achieved together 👏🏼

After being together for only a short time all the boys have became an amazing group! Showing some incredible football across the season along with a first ever tournament win, which I’m sure will only be the start of many things they will achieve over the years!

A massive thank you to everyone involved including parents, families and supporters for your continued encouragement and commitment all season long. All of this wouldn’t be possible without the amazing support and trust you all bring to the group!

Huge thank you to Jessica Armstrong for everything you do to support the team and all the behind the scenes work you do!

🔵 Up the Blues! 🔵

Good run out for the boys this morning vs Peterlee town U7s playing a year up!

We started quick and on the front foot dominating possession and created multiple opportunities taking plenty of chances early on!

Peterlee then brought on an extra player which was a good test for the lads as it meant making faster decisions and moving the ball quicker! We were determined in winning the ball and our recovery runs were brilliant!

The boys kept battling, figuring out ways of breaking down the opposition to score some good team goals! The boys were switching positions throughout once again and all looked comfortable no matter what role they were asked to play! Charlie got the chance to showcase his technical ability by playing out of goal for the final half of the match and was brilliant defensively and offensively!

Credit to Peterlee, they kept going right until the end and created 2 or 3 decent chances to test our keeper, but stood tall and showed great hands to keep them out!

Well done to Jax for player of the match 🏆
