Hinsons fitness centre and gym will be merging into one big gym in fishburn next year at some point ... We will be having a 40ft by 35ft extension and putting all our state of the art equipment in .
Sauna will be available as well as a sunbed .
PT sessions will be available as well as our one one one free personal training sessions.
I'm also looking at build our own outdoor venice beach gym facilities with built in equipment for summertimes . We look forward to seeing you all .

FEAR OF JUDGEMENT
Someone who's new to a gym might feel like they're being stared at or judged while they're exercising. If this sounds like you, you're not alone! Walking through that door was your hardest step. But your next step doesn’t need to be going on a machine, pop in for a chat. Get comfortable with one of our team. Have a look around the building. But rest assured, gymtimidation isn't a factor at our well being centre.

Once you get comfortable exercising on your own, you might even find a workout buddy.
Try going to the gym during non-peak hours. The fewer people in the gym, the quicker you'll feel comfortable in your surroundings. Remember, everyone has a first day at the gym — so cut yourself some slack!

FEAR OF NOT KNOWING WHERE TO START
Most beginners don't typically walk into a gym and know exactly what exercises to perform. It's normal to feel a bit out-of-place while getting started. To build your confidence, speak to us and arrive with your list of questions. We can help teach you how to properly perform a number of exercises, advise you on how long to rest between sets, and how often you should work out.
Once you've finished your routine, we can show you some good stretches, which is an important part of your workout. Whilst the thought of a personal trainer might sound daunting and costly, the cost with us is included in the price of your membership!

So before you sign up and pay in January. Why not pop in, have a cuppa and a chat.

The gym will be closed next Monday for the queen's funeral. God rest her soul .

The Gym has closed early out of a mark of respect and will reopen at 12 noon tomorrow.
