Today I ran my 3rd workshop at the job centre covering resilience, motivation, self-belief, and how to reframe setbacks.

They are struggling because:
• Rejection has trained their brain to avoid trying
• They dismiss their own strengths as “nothing special”
• Their self-talk is working against them before they even apply

No CVs. No application forms. No charge. Just showing up for people who needed someone in their corner.

We covered:
• How to find your strengths when confidence is low
• Why motivation disappears
• How to talk to yourself differently
• Why rejection hurts more than people admit
• How to take one small step when everything feels too big
• Why the thing you think doesn’t count is usually your biggest strength

Every single person in that room had more going for them than they realised.

That gap, between what you see in yourself and what others see in you, is exactly where coaching can make a difference.
