Liam says "Hilary has provided amazing support to me over the last 4 months as I’ve built up to my long held ambition of completing a full distance ironman. I’m someone who has always been sceptical of the merits of having a coach as an amateur, on the basis that a lot of training plans and advice can be found online. However, I’m now very much converted to the idea! What I’ve realised is the structure, accountability and sounding board that comes from having a coach is worth every penny.
I’ve had some injury struggles along the way and Hilary was able to regularly adapt my training plan on the Training Peaks platform to ensure I was maintaining my fitness levels while avoiding aggravating the problems I was having with my foot. She also tailored the plan around my other commitments including holidays. This ensured I was fit to start the race and then able to complete it in a time of under 13 hours, which exceeded even my best hopes.
Hilary was encouraging, reassuring and very strategic with her advice along the way. She also had lots of practical tips to help me with the logistics of training and race day. I’d thoroughly recommend Hilary to anyone making the leap to full distance triathlon or if you are earlier on in your triathlon journey and want someone who will help you meet your goal of completing your first race of any distance or just building up your multi-sport fitness."

Very proud of these Greenwich Tritons Triathlon Club runners tonight. Despite the miserable drizzle they kept going. It doesn't matter if you are super speedy, an amazing veteran, a middle of the pack or a slower runner- I welcome everyone 😊

Lovely evening with the Greenwich Tritons Triathlon Club runners- weather was on our side for a change! Vernon even came along because he'd heard the sessions really help 🙂
