Ocean city 2-3 firkin scholar

Frustrating day for us but we move 😩

We started off strongly and made a few chances but found ourselves down 1-0 coming near to the second half but we equalised just before the break.

Ocean city we was absolutely dreadful today and firkin scholar deserved the win in the end 🤝

We was 2-1 up with last ten to go until………. Mathew Adams 🫣

Ocean Played dreadful and still unlucky not to get anything from the game but definitely any performance is needed to be better than we was today!

Next week we step it up! Big names in this team and we will click soon big improvement needed next week up the ocean 🩵

Man of match 🏆
Josh pope

Ocean city 4-3 inter Plymouth reserves

Today we scrapped for the 3 point but got it done in the end!

Even this that wasn’t our best performance we never give up and got the win we deserved in the end with a few players standing out for us today ⚽️🩵

Had matt mazzoni causing problems all game and got a hat trick of missed open goals 👀😂
But he did get two goals today unlucky not to be more

Sean Moore playing well when he come on winning absolutely everything and keeping calm on the ball to slow things down

Jordan king or Joey b for man of the match today they was everywhere! Controlled a lot of the game and there work rate was unreal as per but man of the match today Jordan king well deserved and class 🏆

Goals ⚽️
Lloyd Russell
Matt mazzoni x2
Joey burton

Ocean city 5-1 Princetown fc

Sunday we faced Princetown at home in the cup 🏆

What a performance from the lads start to finish!

Winning our individual challenges and closing down better than ever before 😮‍💨

Josh pop running things in the middle again with plenty chances created for the lads I personally don’t think I have ever seen him make a bad pass silly player!

Man of the match goes to Matt Mazzoni grabbing a hatty then straight to a vets game after to bag more goals absolutely beast for us!

Feel sorry for the blocean boys today 6-1 does not reflect how we played! ⚽️🩵

With 4 pull outs this morning we knew this was gonna be a tough game against a side two league above us

I say we was in control for at least 60 mins of that match maybe more? Every single player was on there game today what a performance the the boys in blue!

Ocean side was unlucky not to grab 4-5 goals in just the first half with us hitting the wood work a couple of times and some good saves by the sporting keeper 🧤

Half time 0-0

Sporting then found themselves on the front foot and grabbed I think 4 goals in space of ten minutes 😩

They are a good side and proved that so many times today but we matched them and was unlucky today I think

Man of the match everyone in a blue top today! Honestly that scoreline really don’t reflect how we play! We had tired legs and just got run over 🤝

Goals ⚽️
Lloyd Russell

We play like we did today week in week out we won’t have a problem. Tired legs today but we go again next week against Princetown ⚽️🩵

Today we lost to a better team a team that battled for the full 90 and wanted it more than us 🤝

Ocean city didn’t even get into first gear today we were awful a big improvement is needed for the ocean boys a day to forget!

Was a pleasure Mary Tavy and well played you deserved the win

Matt Adams kept us in the game a fair few times and been brilliant every game so far 👏

Khai lewin was an absolute ninja on that wing beating his players and creating chances

Man of the match
Matt Adams

A few questionable decisions were made by the ref for both teams and think both teams agree another good game ruined by the refereeing standerd
