Do you want to become a PT… or do you actually want to build a career from it?

Because they’re not the same thing.
Most courses will help you pass a qualification.
They won’t teach you how to coach real people.
They won’t teach you how to work around injuries.
And they won’t teach you how to get paying clients.
That’s why so many newly qualified PTs struggle.

This is different.

You’ll spend 4 hours a week with me in a private studio, learning how to:
• Coach real clients with confidence
• Structure sessions that actually get results
• Communicate and build trust
• Develop the skills that actually make you money

Alongside this, you’ll complete your qualification with structured coursework at home.

This isn’t about getting certified.
This is about becoming a coach people trust.

I’m only taking 10 people on this first intake so I can mentor you properly.
If you’re serious about becoming a PT the right way…
Drop me a message.
I’ll send you the full details and we’ll book a call to see if it’s the right fit.

When it comes to building muscle there is enough evidence and real world experience to prove all rep ranges do that well.

Where rep ranges have there strength is in skill development, joint pain managent, fatigue management and enjoyment!

Your not struggling to building muscle because your in the wrong rep range , you are struggling because your can't maintain high intensity with good form.

1. Resting between each rep... You rest between sets not reps! Keep the tension on the muscle.

2. When the set gets hard don't just stop embrace the hard, lean I to it!

3. locking down your form while executing number 1 and 2 will have you excellerating your gainz.

The only real reason to follow a bro split is if you have an unlimited amount of time to train—hitting the gym 6 days a week, sometimes even twice a day, just to ensure each muscle group gets enough frequency.

Or, if you simply enjoy it and are happy with your physique, without caring much about further growth. For everyone else, full-body or push-pull splits are far more effective.

They let you train efficiently, hit each muscle group enough times per week, and still have a life outside the gym—all while making real progress.Train smart, not just hard.
