Some of the highlights of accessories from my first week on program!

The variety of exercises has put in for accessories has stopped me from getting bored with my routines and given me some new things to try! I’m definitely very excited to see the progress in strength over the coming weeks

Last nights light upper body session 🫶🏻

Bench press- 35kg
Overhead press- 22.5kg (need to work on form stability)
Dumbbell alternating bicep curl- 12.5kg
Dumbbell single arm row- 17.5kg
Single arm cable pull down- 17.5kg
Lat pull downs- 40kg
Tricep push down- 17.5kg

Did someone say 80kg squat? I still haven’t quite processed my PB from last Friday. In 2 days I’ve increased my squat weight by 30kg 😍 80kg flew and I definitely had more in me (however I’d fatigued my muscles by that point). #2025
