The Clean Sheet is a non-profit organisation that provides initial 24/7 mental health support to anyone who may be struggling emotionally or mentally. In addition to offering direct support, they deliver mental health training to businesses and facilitate group talks and wellbeing sessions in schools, colleges, and workplaces.

Over recent years, The Clean Sheet has helped countless individuals overcome adversity, rebuild their confidence, and move forward positively with their lives. Their support has enabled people to secure employment and even pursue careers in the Armed Forces after previously being told that such opportunities would never be possible for them.
