A fantastic return to football for our now Under 10 Girls after a month away from matches! 🧡🖤⚽

We took part in the Manstow Tournament today and, after the group stages, we went into the Plate competition.

The girls showed incredible determination, coming from behind in both the semi-final and the final to win two thrilling matches and lift the Plate trophy! 🏆

Every player gave everything, showing great teamwork, resilience, and never giving up when things got tough. We couldn't be prouder of the attitude and spirit they showed throughout the day.

Well done, girls – a brilliant way to get back into action! 🧡🖤

A huge well done to all the Elm United girls today!

Despite playing in challenging heatwave conditions, the girls were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, securing a fantastic win in their friendly match. Their teamwork, determination, and especially their passing were superb throughout the game.

Every player worked incredibly hard and should be proud of their performance. It's great to see all the hard work in training paying off on the pitch.

Our girls are heading to Tavistock for their DJM Plate Final — and we couldn’t be prouder. From the early mornings and tough training sessions to the teamwork, laughter, and determination they’ve shown every step of the way… they’ve already achieved so much.

No matter what happens today, they’ve given us memories to treasure and a team spirit that’s truly inspiring.

Tavistock, here we come.

What an amazing end to the season for our Elm Under 9 Girls! 🌟⚽️

The girls played their final league game today and what a performance it was. A special shoutout to Alicja for scoring her very first goal – we are so proud of you! 🎉

It was fantastic to see the team showing off all the new skills they’ve learned this season. Their improvement has been incredible, and their hard work is really shining through on the pitch.

To top off a brilliant day, we enjoyed a lovely BBQ together to celebrate our goalkeeper’s birthday – the perfect way to finish! 🎂🔥

What a day for our girls! 🧡⚽️

The girls had their Cup Semi-Final today, and we are absolutely delighted to share that they came out on top in a very tight and hard-fought match. It was a game that could have gone either way, but their determination, teamwork, and never-give-up attitude saw them through to a well-deserved victory.

This result means even more when you think about the journey they’ve been on. This is their first season together as a team, and week in, week out, they have shown incredible commitment at training. They’ve worked so hard to improve, pushing themselves and supporting each other every step of the way—and today was a perfect example of all that effort paying off.

Every single player gave it their all, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve achieved. Reaching a final in their very first season together is a fantastic accomplishment and a real testament to their dedication and team spirit.

Well done girls—you were all absolutely amazing! 🌟👏

Despite the early start, the girls were absolutely brilliant and came away with another well-deserved win!

👏 Parents’ Player of the Match goes to Alice for her amazing defending skills – rock solid at the back!

🌟 Girl of the Match goes to Ada, who was an absolute force to be reckoned with today!

🏃‍♀️ Manager’s Player of the Match goes to Emily, who didn’t stop running all game and came so close to getting on the scoresheet!

🎉 And a special shoutout to Matilda for scoring her very first goal.
