2017 ➡️ Now
In 2017, I packed up my life and moved to Hong Kong, leaving behind a stable career in fashion buying. I had been teaching Pilates alongside my job for two years, but I knew deep down which path I wanted to take.
Moving away was one of the best decisions I ever made, I loved living in Hong Kong and subsequently Dubai (with my now husband), the travel that came with it, and the whole experience shaped so much of who I am today.
My journey with food started long before that, I have struggled with food anxiety and restrictive eating, something I haven’t spoken much about but may open up more in time. Studying nutrition helped me understand my body in a whole new way, and now I feel stronger, healthier, and happier while truly enjoying food and nourishing myself.
Back in 2017, I had no idea where this career would take me. I couldn’t see the full path ahead or how it would grow into something that fulfilled me both financially and emotionally. But what I did know was that helping others feel stronger, more confident, and at home in their own bodies was something I truly cared about. Now, I get to do that every day, and seeing the impact of my work makes it all so rewarding.
I’ve created a life and career that gives me the flexibility I value so much, allowing me to work in a way that aligns with my lifestyle and priorities every single day.
Growth isn’t about perfection—it’s about the journey. And I’m so grateful for mine. ✨

How to Support Your Gut After Antibiotics 🌿✨
