A brilliant session with Pontypool United RFC U15s on Sunday. 🏉 Pre-season isn’t just about getting fitter. It’s about resetting expectations. Raising standards. And creating a mindset that carries through an entire season. We challenged the boys physically, but also the way they approached every task. Attitude.
Accountability.
Communication.
The willingness to compete when things get uncomfortable. Massive credit to the coaches and every player for the effort they brought from start to finish. The season ahead starts with the work you put in now. We’re continuing to work with rugby clubs, football teams, schools and academies throughout pre-season. Morning all

We are looking to raise funds for our under 15's team to be able to purchase a VEO Camera. I will do this by running an online raffle.

The prize is a signed Graham Price Commemorative jersey showing his Wales and British Lions test and years played. A great item for any man or womans cave or for any collectors of memorabilia.

The winner will be presented the Jersey by Graham himself.

There will be 400 numbers at £5 per number, if your interested in a number or two drop your name and numbers wanted in the comments.

Draw will be done live 11th July during the half time of the Argentina game.
