So this has finally happened…
I’ve been taking a break from kids/teens yoga where the other side of the business has been busy and flourishing but…
I was blessed with four gorgeous mum & daughters for Sunday afternoons special Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat Afternoon.
People don’t realise that there are intricate extras teaching teens yoga due to their development physical, mentally and emotionally.
It went so well, we are thinking about another. 😁
