Firstly, thank you to everyone who has continued supporting VDS SwimClinics during our quieter season. Over the last few months, all of our coaches have been busy balancing university commitments alongside competing at the British Championships in April — but we’re excited to officially be back for May half term 💙

This time we’re keeping things small, focused and high quality.

Our Speed Performance Camp is designed specifically for regional-level swimmers wanting detailed technical work, race preparation and individual feedback in a small-group environment.

This is a hands-on camp aimed at helping swimmers head into their end-of-season meets feeling sharp, confident and race ready.

Spaces are strictly limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Want to improve your frontcrawl efficiency and master your tumble turns? Join our small group clinic designed for competitive swimmers looking to refine technique and race skills.

✨ Only 6 swimmers per session to allow for focused coaching and individual feedback.

• Saturday 21st March — 10am–12pm
• Sunday 22nd March — 11am–1pm

📍 Location: Canford School, Bournemouth

£45 for returning VDS members
£50 for new swimmers
