I'm willing to wager my house that your local commercial gym
probably has a zero joining fee offer on at the moment.
Literally it means that you will be paying less yo use
that thing that you don't go to. :) :)
Why do you think that is though?
No direction when you are there?
All the equipment is getting used and the gym is rammed to the rafters?
The environment is unwelcoming?
Your anxiety goes through the roof?
All of the above?
You could hire an online coach and pay xyz for their services..only
to go to the place you hate to do the workouts.
Alternatively, you could go to a place that knows your name (insert Cheers theme)
and KNOWS why you are there.
Providing direction in and out of the gym.
There are 2 reasons why we get results.
1. People want to be with us
2. People are seen, heard and pushed.
Are those things included in your zero joining fee?
