Ying and yang, north and south, good cop...bad cop 😜 Herding 25 (very!!) chatty women is not an easy job, but your dedication and support is relentless, and does not go un-noticed 🫶🏻 None of us had even touched a rugby ball when we first formed, and look at us now 💃🏻...all of which is down to the coaching!

Thank you Tonna Turbette's Touch Rugby for an absolutely AMAZING day yesterday 🫶🏻 The set-up, the atmosphere and the sports(wo)manship ....all absolutely outstanding!

The Tai-Gresses were on fire with brilliant play through the group stage. They bowed out to Seven Sisters RFC Stormers in the semi-finals, but did so with grit and grace 💃🏻 So proud of our girls; some of them stepping totally out of their comfort zones to take on their first tournament.

Huge congratulations to the Bryncoch Broncettes on their well-deserved win 👏🏻💓 We always love playing against you, and it was especially lovely to see our old friend on and off the pitch 🫶🏻

A lush night of rugby with Neath Athletic Nukes 💕 The 'Gresses started off strong holding a 2-1 lead for the first two thirds, but the Nukes charged for the win at the last minute...a great game and great atmosphere! 🫶🏻

A full weekend of rugby ahead, as we welcome the Neath Athletic Nukes to The Plough tomorrow night....then onto full day at Tonna Turbette's Touch Rugby tournament on Saturday 👌🏻

Last night we were honoured to be a part of something very special. A small squad of us headed down to the plough to help Taigrod Taibach experience their first ever match. The smiles on their faces and their sheer determination really showed how much it meant to them.
