JULY COACHING INTAKE IS OFFICIALLY OPEN đ¨
I donât open these slots often... But right now Iâm looking for 5 driven individuals who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and seriously level up their training.
Iâm not looking for someone chasing a 30-day quick fix.
Iâm looking for people who want to build something properly. Someone who wants to get stronger, build a physique theyâre proud of, and have the structure to keep progressing for years.
This is perfect for you if you:
đď¸ââď¸ Have been training for a while but feel like your progress has stalled.
đ Know youâre capable of more but donât have the right structure or direction.
đŞ Want to build an impressive physique while becoming genuinely strong.
đ§ Want to stop guessing under the bar and finally have a plan built around YOU.
Whether you want to transition into powerlifting, build a huge Squat/Bench/Deadlift SAFELY, or simply want a coach in your corner who actually gives a s**t about your progress...
Thatâs where I come in.
This isnât a copy and paste programme where youâre left to figure it out by yourself.
Youâll get:
â¨â
Structured programming built around your goalsâ¨â
Clear progression so you know youâre moving forwardâ¨â
Coaching, feedback and adjustments to keep you progressing
I only take on a limited number of clients so I can give everyone the attention they deserve.
If youâre ready to put the work in and see what youâre capable of then.. đđť
DM me and lets put the wheels in motion đ˛

As the good old saying goes, youâll only get 2/3 of the lifts that click at the same time đ
Last block I would consider a success as with how busy itâs been weâve still not missed a beat with training, some sessions are harder than others, we just have to make adjustments and take each day as they come!
We finished last block with
Squat 190kg rpe 7
Bench 115kg rpe 8 (2.5kg) above comp max
Deadlift 245 rpe idk đ
Deadlift has been my most loyal over the past year but this past block theyâve definitely tested the mental resolve! Hopefully theyâll become my friend again soon đ

Boring programs work đŁď¸
Believe it or not, the strongest lifters I know arenât doing anything fancy. There arenât doing âtic tokâ exercises. Theyâre not doing secret variations that give 10x the gains. Just the same lifts, similar setups, and small, boring progressions week after week.
And it works.
Most people donât stall because they lack variety. They stall because they canât stop changing things. New exercises every block and new splits every few weeks. Always chasing a feeling of being productive instead of actually being productive.
Powerlifting doesnât reward excitement. It rewards consistency.
Itâs about:
* Running the same lifts long enough to actually master and progress them.
* Adding weight only when it makes sense and not âforcing progressionâ or âjust becauseâ
* Leaving the gym feeling like you couldâve done more⌠so you can actually come back fresh next week.
It isnât sexy. It might not look great on a reel. But your total doesnât care how entertaining your program is đ¤ˇđťââď¸ it only cares that it works.
Boring programs, done well, beat âexcitingâ programs done badly every single time.

One thing I really pride myself on as a coach is the number of current and past clients whoâve gone on to become coaches themselves.
Itâs not just about delivering an 11/10 service. Every client I work with learns why theyâre doing what theyâre doing, this understanding is vital and itâs what I believe truly sets PMPT apart.
The knowledge you take away from coaching with me doesnât just help you progress now; it stays with you for life.
For some, itâs even opened the door to a completely new career path.
And of course, it helps when your coach walks the walk as well as talks the talk đđŞ
So, If you want to train smarter, understand your training, and get real long term results, drop me a DM and letâs get to work. đ˛
