Wild Studio Skye

One of the things we're most excited to share on the retreat is a visit to the Staffin Sea Sauna.

Perched right on the shoreline of Staffin Bay, it looks out across the cliffs, the islands and the mountains in the distance.

Whether the sun is shining or the mist is rolling in, it's a pretty special place to be. The weather doesn't make the experience, it becomes part of it.

There's something about giving yourself permission to stop and breathe, the smell of the wood-fired stove, the contrast of the cold sea air and the comforting warmth of the sauna, and the simple joy of sharing it with good company.

Moving between the heat and the cold has a way of turning the volume back up on life. Colours seem brighter, your mind becomes quieter, and you leave feeling calmer, more grounded and more connected to yourself, to nature and to the present moment.

We can't wait to experience it with you.
