Summer is coming. And I've had a sudden influx of people realising how awesome hula hooping is and wanting one of their own.
So here is my rough price list (which I need to redo as I've just spotted a spelling error) and a rough idea of my tape selections!

I do LOVE POLE! And I love my classes!!!
I've been a bit quiet round here recently. Still a definite lack of hooping going on, but I'm still here and my body is still doing things and working hard!

Confession time. I've been a bit sluggish since Xmas. I had the surgery on my vocal chords (it went really well!), which turned out to be a great excuse to not move!
And I haven't picked up a hoop yet in January ðŸ˜
Starting to feel like moving again though, and will pick up a hoop soon...because I know I'll love it when I actually do.
Sometimes it's really easy to lose motivation and that's perfectly OK. But it's also good to remember that just getting up and doing the thing will probably feel amazing!

I made a few Chritmas present hoops, but in all the madness I didn't get photos of them all. Argh!
BUT I'm so glad I got pictures of these ones, because they were my absolute favourite.
A matching set...a 25mm, 42" beginner hoop AND a 20mm, 34" polypro hoop. Both for one of my students. I hope she loves these tapes as much as me!

Hoopy New Year everyone!
Looking in to 2022 things are a little uncertain, but some things I do know...
1) in person classes will be paused for a while as I'm having surgery on my vocal cords next week. I will need a lot of vocal rest and recovery, so teaching isn't an option.
2) classes WILL BE BACK as soon as I am recovered enough
3) I can still make custom hoops for anyone that wants any (no talking required for that!)
4) I will still be hooping regularly (and might actually remember to film some of it!) because hooping really helps me both mentally and physically.
5) I will still be around to discuss all things hoop, and to continue spreading the hoop love!

I had good intentions of doing a Christmas + Hoop related photo or video, but I just ran out of time!
So instead....have a Hula Hooping Reindeer doodle to say Merry Christmas everyone!
I'm off to enjoy time with my family. But I'll be back soon....maybe a bit quiet (both on here and in real life!) initially in the new year as I'll be having surgery on my vocal chords.
