New Year Advice 👇🏼
• Don’t start too quickly and make it too hard on yourself
• Make sure you’ve got a plan or someone who can help you build one
• Stop pretending you know how to reach your goals and get someone on board who does
• Focus on the basics first: water, sleep, movement
• Stick to a plan and don’t change it every week then wonder why you’re not getting results
• There’s 52 weeks in the year, if you mess up for 2 of them, you’re still doing fine
You don’t need perfection. You need consistency.
All of the above is exactly what I’ll be telling new clients that start with me 💪🏼
Train when you can.
Move your body.
Enjoy the meals.
Have the drinks.
Make the memories.
Consistency over the year matters!

Caffeine is a tool.
Not a substitute for sleep.
If you’re smashing energy drinks just to stay awake, your body’s trying to tell you something.
Sort your sleep. Then enjoy the caffeine.
With my coaching, I always make sure clients use caffeine as a tool, not something they rely on daily just to function.

what actually matters more than your happiness and health?

🍻 Weekly over-consumption of alcohol
🍫 Eating chocolate & sweets every time you feel any emotion
🛋️ Sitting around waiting for someone else to do it for you
🗣️ Talking about what you’ll do more than actually doing it
🙄 Making excuses for everything
🤦🏻♂️ Overeating daily & blaming everything (and everyone) else for it
The above might seem “harsh” but it’s the truth.
Stop making your own life harder by choosing the easy option every time.
