A cooler morning for football today at Bamber Bridge! What a game the boys had, passion, good movement, team work and a want to win 💪🏼 well done boys you showed some amazing skill this morning 🌅 against a great team who are skilful and made us work hard for our win ⚽️

Well done to Rupert who is new to team and has settled in brilliantly 👏🏻 he is an absolute machine, doesn’t stop, doesn’t give up and gives 110% well deserved little guy 👏🏻

A friendly against Gregson Lane Whites and what a great game it was! The boys did brilliantly, we have had new players join us and they have been a delight and their enthusiasm infectious 👏🏻 we have many of the boys on holiday but the boys came together with an impressive team performance 💪🏼 great passing, good goals and better talking to each other on the pitch ⚽️

A big shout out to Jensen who has really shone in recent weeks, he has won numerous player of the match awards and went on the do the same this morning, his confidence has shot up and we couldn’t be more pleased for him 🫡
The boys all had a well deserved ice cream at the end to cool down 🍦 well done lads 👏🏻

A special game yesterday for the boys as we had Max doing his first ever game refereeing 👏🏻 he did so well and for our boys to have the “big brother” of the group being the ref was great to see, he did a fantastic job and got the chance to keep his little brother Jensen who was the player of the match for the second week in a row in check 😆

A great game against old friends Myerscough Amber 🧡 who can pass the ball about well. We scored some excellent goals, defended well and made some crucial saves to pinch the win ⚽️

Well done Jensen on your player of the match performance, second week in a row 🤩 and is really developing well in his defensive position 👏🏻

The boys have been participating in a mixture of different friendlies over the summer, all different abilities and always much to take away 👏🏻

The boys tried really hard against a fantastic team from many leagues above us, when their heads dropped they managed to pull it back and enjoy the game regardless of the result and we love that for them 💪🏼

A great performance for Nevaan this morning, relentless in his role, works non stop and is a vital team member. Well done Nevaan our player of the match 🏆

The fun continued after the game when the lads and parents descended upon the park, football is more than just the game, it the community and “family” you gain too ❤️

A great morning of football with a lot of talent on show from both teams ⚽️

The boys started well playing against a newly established team. We have had a rocky pre-season but finally got a win 🏆 this morning, the wins feel good but the loses have also taught the boys many things!

Well done all its was a great game from both sides, our player of the match was Jensen who has been playing in a defensive position recently, he has taken to it really well, not afraid of a solid tackle, more confidence on the ball and he did a fantastic job today!

A well played friendly this morning against Gregson Lane Silvers 👏🏻

The boys put in a solid first quarter performance 💪🏼 with good clearances and some great passing . We lost our way a little during the second and third quarter conceding silly goals from defensive errors and some goalkeeping mishaps 😮 the boys bounced back strong and as a team for the last quarter to tidy up their passing, improve their accuracy and defend the box well!

Well done boys it was so warm this morning and you did great ☀️

A tricky morning on the football field this morning, the reds struggled against a great defensive performance from Leyland Albion and they dominated possession making it very tricky for our boys, well done to LA 👏🏻 they deserved that win 👏🏻

The second half proved a more calm performance, some better passing and energy, Jesse made some incredible saves keeping the score line down. Well done Jesse our player of the match 🏆

Penwortham St Theresa’s tournament 🏟️

Off we went to our last tournament for the reds ❤️ this summer, excited to play some football and eager to challenge ourselves!

Our first 3 games gave us the challenge we anticipated but my goodness did the boys make it hard for those teams 💪🏼

The next part of the group stages saw us find our feet and win some very challenging games, from fantastic passing to incredible saves, the boys pulled it out the bag getting them through to the middle league semi final 👏🏻
After a tense game with the other team stealing a goal in the last 30 seconds of a game that was a long ten minutes 👀 it was to be penalties ⚽️ it wasn’t to be for the reds but to walk off that pitch with a smile on their face as a team was fantastic to see, well done lads, you did yourselves, Aaron and all the parents so proud 😊 it was a joy to watch you today 💪🏼
