A dash round to priory for game No2 against Brinscall Reds 💪🏼

A rocky start for the boys which was a test of character for them as a team, after settling into the game the boys found their stride and dug really deep to compose themselves, work as a team and play a great game.

The boys worked so hard today, no subs, a tough pitch in the game previous and some very tired legs. So proud of the boys for having fun and remembering the importance of fun and team work!

A great game of football for match no 1 this morning against Lancon Girls U10’s 💪🏼 a great game of football which saw the reds switch up positions in this friendly, a great way to try new things and keep things fresh!

It was great to see the boys back in grass, it game their heart rates quite the shock 🤪 well done all, some great football on show and team work to round it off 👏🏻

The boys had to dig deep against a physical and skilled team, the reds were not at all deterred and showed skills, tenacity and team work. Our goalkeeper made some incredible saves, diving both sides and tipping balls over the net 👏🏻 well done Jesse our player of the match 🥅

A great team effort from the boys this morning against a a great team two leagues above us, we came up short this morning but took a lot away from the game 👏🏻

The game started really well for the Reds, closing down play, timing tackles well and passing the ball brilliantly between themselves 💪🏼 our captain Oscar kept spirits high showing fantastic maturity as ever ❤️
The second half was really difficult for the reds against a good Ribbleton team who showed quality and perseverance to get them into the game and stick to their game plan 👏🏻

It was chilly for both teams this morning for our first ever match against Tarleton Reds 👏🏻 at home 🏟️

It was a nail biting game from the very start this morning with our boys having to be defensivly very strong, Tarleton are a top quality team who passed the ball well and it was great to see such a great, well played game between both teams 👏🏻

The Reds were a few team players down today but pulled together, battled hard and got a well deserved draw ⚽️ ⚽️ we are really proud of how the boys have showed up, trained hard and built a great team ethic throughout the winter, sunnier days to come boys ☀️

A great morning of football this morning against Lostock Hall Whites ❤️🤍

Fantastic football on show this morning from both teams, the first half saw both teams work hard in the wind, neither team where deterred and showed real determination! The whites showed off some incredible passing and a brilliant goal ⚽️
