I mentioned last week that we will start doing in house tournaments the last Thursday of every month. I will go through the format and rules with all the kids this evening before we kick off.

If your child is unable to attend tonight, please can you let me know asap so I can make amendments to the structure.

It's likely to get quite warm tonight so light clothing is recommended. See you later on!

A final call for any members who would like to attend the Michael Smith night on Friday 3rd July! 🎯🎯

I will be placing a block booking at the end of this week and hopefully arrange a few reserved tables for members, siblings and parents to all sit together.

If you would like a ticket please drop me a message before Friday or let me know at the session on Thursday evening.

I would like to say a huge thank-you to all members and parents for a great afternoon of darts today! 😀

For many of our members, it was their first shot at competitive darts. We come across adults in our store day in, day out who will not play in competitions. This is because darts is such a hard, individual, pressurised sport to play.

Whilst there were a few tears and emotions in both competitions, each of our members should be incredibly proud of their efforts‼️

Our Academy is in its infancy and we are proud to have young people at different stages of their darts development.

Over the next 12 months, there will be regular in-house competition as we prepare everyone to take advantage of the huge range of junior darts opportunities that are out there nowadays. We are also working on plans for a few very special visitors for our Thursday sessions that the kids will enjoy! 👀 👀

I will be reaching out to parents over the coming weeks as we seek to formalise our committee. This will include reviewing options to increase capacity and brand sponsorships that are available to us.

ZAC L - It’s an absolute pleasure having Zac in our darts centre. Zac is the definition of a team player and puts a smile on everyone’s face! He takes as much enjoyment in other people’s performance as he does his own.

HARRY T - Our youngest (and smallest!) member put in an amazing performance as he worked his way to the semi-final in his comp. Well done Harry! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

🚨🚨 COMP UPDATE 12.04.26 🚨🚨

We have 21 confirmed for this Sunday and it will run as two separate competitions. If anyone is no longer able to attend, please can you let me know asap.

Entry is £5 per player (please can everyone pay in cash on the day). This will cover a trophy and prize for each comp winner, a prize for second place in each comp and a prize for highest checkout.

Each player will have a minimum of 4 or 5 games in a round robin format (2 groups in total for each comp). It will then be semi-final and final.

Morning everyone, I know a lot are away this week so a quick reminder we are just running one drop-in tonight. It will take place between 6pm - 8pm and it is open to members from both sessions. No need to let me know if you cannot make it.

Next week’s session on 9 April is CANCELLED.

I have approximately 20 confirmed for the competition on Sunday 12 April. I don’t want the kids having long periods between games, so will likely split it into two separate comps. One will run 3-4.30pm and the other 4.30pm-6pm. I will send out details at some point over the weekend.
