So many beautiful views!!! A week away in the wilds of Wales π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ being in nature has been so refreshing and inspiring. Walking, swimming, climbing and just soaking up the sunshine, fresh air and sense of space. Back to reality for the next few weeks before the next break.
I'll be back at Peepul Gym this week and next for my regular Wednesday evening class, will see some if you there I'm sure! Happy summer everybody! πβοΈπΌ

Walking around the garden before teaching the class last week, it was absolutely beautiful! π Evenings at Beaumont House are really peaceful π sunsets, birdsong, and the beautiful plants and flowers in the garden create a fantastic atmosphere. Connecting with nature helps us to connect to our true nature, to find peace and wellbeing. Fancy coming along?

This course is offered by Sarah Read, a qualified and experienced Yoga Therapy Practitioner. Sarah also has a background working in the NHS as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, delivering interventions such as Sleep Hygiene.
Mondays 18:30-20:00, 15th April to 20th May 2024
Beaumont House, Stoughton Drive South, Oadby LE2 2NA (overlooking the University of Leicester Botanic Garden). Full disabled access, parking available on-site.
This course is suitable for adults of all ages and levels of ability. No previous experience of yoga necessary, beginners welcome.
