1st Month done and I’m loving being back
I’m loving seeing new and familiar faces and being part of the ever growing community at the Atrium
I love running classes with an epic amount of equipment to chose from
Biggest problem I have is having to much to choice
Come down and check it out I promise you won’t find another gym like it

Protein shakes taste like s**t
hates them but he struggles to get enough food in his day and will skip meals. So trying to hit protien/ calorie goals is difficult
But just a spoonful of biscoffi helps the medicine go down
It taste delicious, is high in protein and a good boost to dans calorie count. Remember to build a muscle you have to feed a muscle.

7 years ago showed me round pure gym
I didn’t have a clue what I was doing !
Wouldn’t dare step in the weights room
Only lasted 10 mins on the treadmill
Never felt confident in a class, always hid at the back
Everybody starts somebody
Don’t be disheartened when it’s not easy
Keep going it becomes habit
Confidence will grow
Move to the front of the class
Not sure where to start DM💌 now

Over 6 years running experience
I’m very good at finding my pace that I can run consistently for a decent distance and just chill.
I can zone out and feel comfortable
But nobody got faster just chilling in your comfort zone
Today I made sure I got out of that zone and tried my hand at fartlek. It’s time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable 🥵
You have to constantly adapt your training to achieve progression.
Set your goal my goal is to get under 24 min for 3 miles

Kids had McDonald’s the easy option would of been to have same
But life can’t always be about the easy options
Tonight din dins
Poached fish in lemon & chilli with garlic roasted veg & bistro salad
Took 5 mins to prepare and 30 mins in total to cook
The McDonald’s drive thru took longer
