6) Spent the whole week stopping her from hiding behind the TV and thinking it's funny... , please get it up on the wall ASAP. It's giving me the fear 😅🤣

🎄 The Day After Christmas 🎄

So, Christmas Day happened. The roast potatoes, the stuffing, the chocolate, the wine… and maybe you’re waking up today feeling a little “ugh” about it.

But let me stop you right there: one day doesn’t define your progress.

Your body doesn’t hit “reset” because you had an extra serving of pudding. It’s what you do over weeks and months that matters, not one day of celebrating with your loved ones.

Here’s the truth:

Your fitness goals didn’t disappear overnight.
Your hard work didn’t magically undo itself.
You’re not “off track”—you just took a well-deserved break.

So, no guilt. No punishments. Just get back to your normal routine today or tomorrow. Hydrate, move your body, and most importantly, be kind to yourself.
You’ve got this. 💪✨

We've had 3 weeks of illness, so instead of Issy going to nursery this week, she has been at home with me.

Unfortunately, she hasn't been sleeping well, and that meant I haven't done any work, had any workouts (apart from 1 at home), and I missed my photoshoot 🫠

This is the REALITY of having kids, and I totally get that some weeks for my clients, it can't be avoided.

I also did my final ever session at the gym and turned off the lights 😞

Sad, but also, I believe better things are coming our way ✨️

Let’s be real—losing weight during Christmas when you’re a busy mum is like trying to hoover glitter off carpet.

Between the kids, work, and endless festive chaos, who’s got time for calories and gym sessions? (BE HONEST!)

I’m aiming for survival over a six-pack. If I can get through this season without turning into a mince pie myself, that’s a win.
