🎄 The Day After Christmas 🎄
So, Christmas Day happened. The roast potatoes, the stuffing, the chocolate, the wine… and maybe you’re waking up today feeling a little “ugh” about it.
But let me stop you right there: one day doesn’t define your progress.
Your body doesn’t hit “reset” because you had an extra serving of pudding. It’s what you do over weeks and months that matters, not one day of celebrating with your loved ones.
Here’s the truth:

You’re not “off track”—you just took a well-deserved break.
