For Red Nose Day this year we will be hosting “12 hours of exercise” at the club from 7am - 7pm!

Our lovely team at Reading will be taking part and we could really do with the help from our amazing members! If you would like to take part, there is a sign up sheet at reception 😀

We will also be holding some other events at the club - such as quiz night & a DL Kids biscuit decorating workshop!

Dani is the newest instructor to join us at Reading. She currently teaches SPIRIT every Thursday at 13:30.

SPIRIT is a holistic class which blends the tradition of Yoga poses with the strength of Pilates to help you become more balanced, flexible and strong.

"New SPIRIT class with Danielle was brilliant. I really enjoyed the class and found it very beneficial."

Christmas is a time of celebration and giving but sadly, there are many families in our community facing extreme hardship, this year more than ever. The team at David Lloyd Reading have decided to do our bit to help those most in need so we are supporting The Cowshed Charity through their Christmas Project and we would love you to join us!

The Cowshed charity supports individuals and families in crisis across the whole of Berkshire including families fleeing domestic abuse, refugees, children in care and those leaving the care system. They are running a Christmas project providing sacks of presents for children who would otherwise not receive any gifts this year. We would love you all to join us in spreading a little Christmas cheer and if you are able, please consider buying a gift for a child in need this Christmas.

If you would like to support this amazing project, please do take a tag from our Giving Tree, buy a gift and return it to reception (unwrapped, with the tag on!).

Elvis Presley Charity Evening!🎤

We are very excited to be welcoming Mike Nova as Elvis Presley to perform at our Charity Evening! In the name of helping some of the Ukrainian refugees in Reading who are trying to learn English and re - build their lives in the UK.
