Lovely place 😍.....again last weeek😉.....Busy clinic this week. Great to have Greg and .physio back in the house! Hoping to add to the clinic team soooooooooon.........lets emerge out of this pandemic with...........Time 👍.

A quick run. I chose to ignore pace today........i haven't been running for 2 weeks and I felt it!

After 5 delightful days back home in Wales
......my first run back is an absolute disgrace. 26° was a killer. Having not really kept up the regular running in the last 3 weeks its certainly starting to show. Well, onwards and upwards. Slow it down. Work in the cardio zone. No heroics.

Lovely to get home to Wales. Its a busy time at the clinic so getting a few days away helps to balance things up.

Last night's run. 8pm....26 degrees. Tropical west berkshire. I went slower just to last. No pain, no shortness of breath and no tiredness. Just stopped and decided that was enough. Important to accept a limiting environment. It's a shock running in the heat. Keep hydrated throughout the day. It really hammers your training.

Busy morning in the clinic. Midday run was good for 8k and then the heat got the better. Thames path is great but exposed. School boy error..........
Run safe. Plan your run. Listen to your physio/trainer.....even if he doesnt listen to himself. ...........
