Custom made programs are agreed together and goals achieved through exercise prescription and instruction. I can train you in the comfort of your own home, at my studio or if desired at an independent gym.

[03/23/16]   Listen to your body, that's what I advocate to many clients...perhaps you need some TIME OFF or a DELOAD week!?
Every 8-10 weeks we should take a WEEK OFF training to recover, this allows not just your body but also your Central Nervous System to recuperate.
A DELOAD week is just that...reduce the amount of work being done.
Try it, some of my PBs have come immediately after a week off...you'll come back refreshed, stronger and better able to handle intense sessions again :-)
