Tabata intervals are a simple way to train at home.
The interval is 20 seconds of activity followed by a 10 second rest. Repeated 8 times. The tabata timer is available as an app.

In light of the new guidelines I will be suspending the Monday night class. I feel there is extra non essential contact with equipment and people that I cannot control. I will be continuing my personal training in the studio as I've obtained antiviral disinfectant and feel I can control the risk better.
