Being in water 💧

(I tried to take a decent photo in the bath without exposing as you never know what comments you can get on here 🙄). But then again I’ve had comments on my feet 🦶😬. Anyhooo...

I listened to a @herspirituk podcast last week which said how water gives us reflection visually — like a mirror. But also when we are immersed in water it can be a great time for us to reflect internally. I had a bath yesterday and had lots of cool ideas. It’s obviously nice to ignore technology but I was glad I had my phone nearby to write down my thoughts... 💡 Do you find the same? I’d love to know.

Thank you for following me. It is my passion to help new mums recover physically and emotionally from their birth experience. - To help you THRIVE as a new mum not just survive.

I share what comes from over 16 years working with the body. And after my traumatic birth experience in 2014 and having since healed. Please comment, ask questions if you’d like and always practice kindness towards YOURSELF as well as others.

Did you know your posture can suffer when you become a parent (and loads of other reasons of course) if you're not aware of maintaining strength and stretching out those tight spots from rocking, cradling, nappy changing, buggy pushing...

To help prevent hunching and tightening up, due to posture or stress, why not join me for my gentle yoga class on Sunday morning 9.30-10.30am. All levels welcome, donations of up to £12.
