[06/05/17]   I have 3 Bootcamps a week running.
Monday 5.45pm to 6.45pm
Tuesday 7.15am to 8am
And a new Bootcamp started this year on.

Thursday at 6pm to 7pm There’s a great mix of Male and female plus all levels of fitness from Beginners to Advanced, plus all age groups.

Weight loss, tone conditioning, improved fitness level, strength, lean mass increased. (Which increases fat loss)
Lastly
Wellbeing, I know all the Fitness trainers and the fitness industry put a large emphasis on wellbeing being a massive byproduct of exercise, I also believe this to be true, based on my experience in the industry over past 30 years.
You must try it to believe the improvements you will achieve in such a short time.

Some how I managed to mess up a Video recording last night on my Bootcamp session which happened to be on my BD (maybe I was to excited at reaching 51 NOT👎)
Anyway I ended up doing two recordings of the same thing kind of, have a look.....

I got there in the end👏👏👏
