Please take note of our timetable changes for next week whilst Amie is away. Couple of changes on Tuesday and Wednesday so please note it down and share with others to avoid confusion as much as possible

Monday- no change (Amie’s classes with me)
Tuesday- change to evening classes with Nic
Wednesday- change to evening classes with me
Thursday- no change (Amie’s classes with me)

You can always do more than you think you’re capable of. It just takes that little extra push.

Not giving up when you feel like you want to.

Doing that extra rep even though it burns like hell.

You can definitely do this. Keep going, push through! That’s when the magic happens. That’s when you start to improve…

Challenge your brain tonight. When you think you have no more energy to give- punch harder!! When it tells you, you couldn’t possibly squat another rep- squat lower!!
