This is a fun Boxing themed circuit class which will include pad work, technique and high impact stations

TEENFIT 💪🏼

MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

AGES 12-16

We have been running Teenfit on Mondays for a couple of years now and we will now be running a second weekly class on Wednesdays at 17:00 - 17:45 with coach Greg! These classes are all about teaching correct technique and confidence in the gym environment.

We are offering free trials for all newbies so if your teen would like to try it out please let us know.
