Our Birthday. Your Wellness Era.
Easy Street Reformer turns ONE. 🎂
One year of stronger bodies, better movement, and people choosing to feel good.
What started as an idea has grown into an incredible community of people who show up for themselves every week.
Whether you joined us to recover from injury, build strength, improve mobility, ease aches and pains, or simply carve out an hour for yourself, thank you for being part of our journey.
Over the last 12 months we’ve watched confidence grow, friendships form, goals achieved, and countless people discover that movement can be something they genuinely enjoy.
To every client who has trusted us, every instructor who has brought energy to the studio, and every person who has stepped onto a reformer for the very first time — thank you.
We are so proud of what we’ve built together.
Here’s to another year of strength, movement, community and feeling your best.
Welcome to your wellness era. 🤍

Pilates is not just exercise.
It’s a method. A system of movement. A skill that should be taught, coached and refined by a qualified instructor.
Lately we’ve seen the rise of “tech-led” Reformer classes, where the teacher is replaced by a screen.
Maybe we’re old-fashioned, but we believe movement deserves more than that.
A screen can’t see that you’re compensating through your lower back.
A screen can’t spot poor technique before it becomes a problem.
A screen can’t adapt an exercise because of your injury, your goals or your body.
A qualified instructor can.
At Easy Street Pilates, every class is taught by real people with real expertise. Many of our team are physiotherapists who spend every day assessing movement, treating injuries and helping people perform at their best.
Technology has its place.
But when it comes to Pilates, coaching matters.
Teaching matters.
People matter.
Because Reformer Pilates should be taught by qualified people, not computer screens.
What are your thoughts on tech-led classes? 👇
Saving the best ‘til last… introducing Annabel ✨
Annabel is one of our specialist physiotherapists and Pilates instructors here at Easy Street Physiotherapy
You’ll find her teaching across both our Norden and Middleton studios, leading both mat work and reformer classes. Her calm, supportive teaching style creates the perfect balance of challenge and control — helping you move better, feel stronger, and leave class feeling refreshed.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already obsessed with reformer, Annabel’s classes are ones you’ll keep coming back to 🤍
If you’ve been to one of Annabel’s classes before, drop her some love below 👇
Next up, we have Kelley 🤍
Kelley brings such a calming vibe to her classes and makes sure every single person leaves feeling their absolute best.
She’ll also be starting a brand-new Thursday evening Reformer class very soon!
We’ll only have 4 spaces available, so drop us a message if you’re interested in joining.
Next up… it’s our founder, Brogan 🧡
It’s a long one because, well… she can talk 😅
Butttt we’ll let her off because she’s the reason our Pilates classes exist in the first place.
From physio-led programming to creating a space where everyone feels welcome, supported and challenged — thank you Brogan for setting it all up.
Come join one of our classes — we’d love to have you ✨
For those of you who are new here, we thought it was about time we introduced the amazing team behind Easy Street Pilates. 🧡
First up, we have the lovely Georgia. ✨
Quiet but deadly in the best possible way.
Don’t let her calm demeanour fool you — Georgia’s classes are guaranteed to have your abs shaking, your legs burning, and you wondering how something so low impact can feel so challenging. 🔥
Expect:
✔️ The burn
✔️ “I can’t feel my abs” moments
✔️ Plenty of encouragement
✔️ A class you’ll leave feeling stronger than ever
If you haven’t been to one of Georgia’s classes yet, you’re seriously missing out.
Drop a 🧡 below if you’ve experienced the Georgia burn

Let’s retire these:
Pilates is just stretching
Pilates is too easy
Pilates is only for women
Pilates is only for flexible people
Pilates isn’t “real” strength work
Nope. Not here.
