National Small-bore Rifle Association NSRA - National Small-Bore Rifle Association. Governing body for smallbore rifle, airgun and crossbow target shooting in Great Britain.

The club is open to members who wish to shoot either competitively or recreationally or both and caters for all ages from school age to retirees including running a children's/youth session weekly.
Competitively the club have been National champions recently on numerous occasions.
The club has members of all levels from Novice to County and National champions.
This depth of experience and knowledge can be invaluable to new members,
with advice on technique and improving your shooting, as well as what to buy and from where to obtain it. Club members are only too happy to help and assist.
Facilities include a large clubhouse and both indoor & outdoor ranges for both Air and .22 rim fire disciplines, both Rifle & Pistol. Ranges are at 10m (indoor), 25 yards, 50m and 100 yards. Disciplines include 10M Air rifle & pistol, .22 small-bore Prone, 3P, Sporting, Long Barrel Pistol and Benchrest at distances from 25yds to 100 yds.
The Clubs ranges are open six days a week at varying times.
The ranges and club house were completely re-developed as part of the new leisure centre in 2008.
We run induction safety courses covering all the shooting disciplines, although by law Long Barrel Pistols can not be tried.
To try and take up shooting, the club is able to provide all the necessary equipment before the need to buy their own, allowing you to “try before you buy”.
The course costs £40 (£10 Juniors), which also includes your joining fee, and covers the Safety instructions and basic techniques for:
Prone rifle
Sporting rifle
Air Pistol and Rifle
There are many competitions for all levels of ability run both within and external
to the club for you to test your new found shooting skills….good luck!
