Saturday we all completed our Level 3 in Emergency First at Work ⛑️🩹

This was great for a refresh and honestly think it’s something we should all try and get some knowledge of. Would be great if it could be taught in schools so we all have a greater knowledge of how to help each other.

As you all know it was our 13th year anniversary last week! One lovely student and their parent bought us a massive cake and we all shared it out at fight class!

After all the hard work they deserved a slice of the cake 😂

13 years ago today, CHKA KARATE was first opened.

What an amazing journey it has been teaching thousands of students across; Chadwell Heath Goodmayes, Chigwell, Romford and Barking & Dagenham.

Looking for a friendly, calmer karate class to help your child build confidence step by step?

Our Wednesday session at St Bede’s is slightly quieter than our busy Friday class, which makes it ideal for:

✅ New starters
✅ Children who are shy or nervous
✅ Kids who benefit from smaller class sizes
✅ Building confidence at their own pace
