Hornchurch golf outing was another fantastic golf day, skillfully organized by HCC’s own Dave Lehane, exceeded all expectations. Despite heavy overnight rain attempting to sabotage our game with some less-than-stellar golf, we were fortunate to enjoy the top-notch facilities at Risebridge Golf Course with 40 enthusiastic golfers.

After fueling up with breakfast rolls and coffee—and once Jamie Ross finally located a spare buggy—play commenced.
The course was in superb shape, although our golfing skills left something to be desired.

The longest drive was claimed by James Maurice Palmer.
Toby and Gary Stanley took home the nearest-to-the-pin prizes, with Muzza coming very close—just a bit short for second place.

The overall winner was awarded—and after some playful scorecard antics and a good hearty laugh over Ham Egg & Chips—Joe Defraitus and Tony Bowels shared the top spot. Congratulations to both!

A big thank you to Dave Lehane and Mr. West for their Risebridge connections, which helped make this day memorable and well-coordinated.
