Hey, busy office workers!
How many different diets have you tried this year that didn't get the results you wanted?
I don't know about you but I have never found it appealing to restrict myself and not be able to eat whatever I want. A few years ago I have worked as a sales consultant where I was sitting down 10-12 hours a day and had to work on weekends every couple of weeks.
I was highly stressed and couldn't look after my body the way I wanted. My back was hurting I picked bad habits like smoking and drinking too much and I haven't really been eating healthy or exercising.
That's when I realised I had to go back to looking and feeling great. I also learned over trial and error what works and what doesn't. I didn't have to change my diet entirely, restrict myself and work out for hours every day. That's all or nothing thinking and that doesn't work.
What I really needed was small steps every day and a good support system that allowed me to change without feeling like it's hard work.
I now feel really great in my body, my back doesn't hurt, I have a lot of energy and my six-pack is back!
