I teach and instruct amazing 1-2-1 sessions and group classes. My classes are twice a day, Monday to Saturday and they range from HIIT, LBT🍑 and Tone-Up.
And I also teach personalised 1-2-1 sessions, which will suit 'YOU' who may not be comfortable in a group setting or simply prefer to train alone.
