Based at Harrow Lodge centre in Hornchurch we have access to 2 x 1 meter springboards, 3 meter sprin
Havering Cormorants has been teaching children to dive at Harrow Lodge centre, Hornchurch for over 50 years, Est 1964. Our training days are Tuesdays Thursday and Sundays
We have different groups which are organised by age and abilities. Where you fit in will be determined by our Coaches, after they have had the chance to assess you. We have a five meter platform, 2 x three meter springboard, 2 one meter springboards.
