Compete Tennis are thrilled to announce they have been awarded LTA 10U Performance Programme - Enhanced status from September 2026.
This makes Compete Tennis Academy one of only 19 venues in Great Britain to receive this recognition and accreditation!

This achievement stands as a testament to years of dedication in nurturing 10U players within a high‑quality, inspiring performance environment. It recognises the hard work, consistency and vision that have built a programme designed to support young athletes from the very start of their journey - and help them progress into the national performance pathway.

Everyone embraced the Wimbledon spirit by dressing up as their favourite tennis stars – with some costumes looking a little more convincing than others! 😄

Pimms, strawberries and cream being enjoyed, and everyone getting into the Wimbledon mood!

What a fantastic day in the sunshine at Gidea Park Lawn Tennis Club! ☀️🎾

Our American Tournament was brilliant fun with 32 adults competing throughout the day. Some players certainly enjoyed staying on their favourite court number 😄 while others battled through some fantastic matches and rallies!

In the afternoon, we followed on with our Parent & Child Tournament after a lovely barbecue. It was fantastic to see every age group involved, with parents and children having great fun together, plenty of high fives, smiles, and of course the kids being fully in charge! 😄
