A huge thank you to everyone at Bellahouston Road Runners Bellahouston Road Runners for inviting Nick along to spend the day with you. What real pleasure to work with such a welcoming, enthusiastic group of runners!

From the morning training session through to the afternoon coaching talks, it was fantastic to see everyone so engaged, asking great questions and keen to learn. Hopefully everyone came away with some practical tips and ideas to help them get the most from their training...

Huge congratulations to Ewan and Casper on their fantastic performances at the Track & Field National Championships in Bedford this weekend! 👏

Casper produced a brilliant run in the 3,000m, finishing 5th in an incredibly competitive field.

Ewan also raced superbly in the 800m, securing 7th place in the national final against some of the country's very best young athletes.

We're incredibly proud to be part of their journey and to support them with their training. Their hard work and commitment continue to pay off, and we can't wait to see what's next.

Strong performances from two of athletes at Saturday's - Helen and Matt...

Helen made an impressive return to racing with a superb 17:01 in her first 5000m since having her baby, while Matt kicked off his track season following the London Marathon with a sharp 15:08.
A great start, with plenty more to come from both.
